Due to the personal-care nature of our hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at sunshinecurlsbyyd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.
Except where required by applicable law, we do not issue refunds for change of mind, product preference, or opened or used products.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
